About Doctor

As upper cervical chiropractors, my mission is to detect & remove nerve interference in the upper cervical region. More importantly, I want to educate people about where health comes from & the responsibilities they should take for their own health.

Akiko Kobayashi, D.C.

Question: Dr. Akiko, how can I become healthy?

Answer: We are all part of Nature and just like all other living beings in Nature, we are already born with the ability to live, to grow, and to fight against diseases. No matter how much outside help we get, it is the power within us that can heal ourselves and let us stay healthy. The body always tries to do its best to be as healthy as possible. However, if you don't feel healthy, the important question is: Is there anything that prevents the body from fully using its natural ability?

To understand the root of all health problems, first we need to ask: What controls the body? The answer is the nervous system, especially the brain – the boss of the nervous system. Simply, if there is any blockage from the brain to the rest of the body, the body is not able to use its full potential to take care of itself. As a result, this can cause many different symptoms and health problems.

Health is simple; You already have it in you. First, take full responsibility for what you're doing or have done to your body. Second, listen to your body and trust your body's natural ability to take care of itself. Additionally, get under upper cervical care and let your nervous system stay free from interference. Then simply leave your body alone to do what it's supposed to do. Your body is awesome. You can be healthy naturally!
